The front end bearing of the spindle is composed of angular contact thrust ball bearing and double row cylindrical roller bearing, and the back end is double row cylindrical roller bearing, which not only guarantees the high speed of the spindle but also guarantees the high rigidity and stability of the spindle;
Adopt programmable built-in spindle, achieve fast dock workpiece. One clamping, complete two sequence processing;
Vertical and horizontal drive adopts high-performance AC servo motor with high positioning accuracy and flexible reliable action;
Cooling system provides high lift pump, high flow, high pressure, can obtain satisfactory chip cleaning and cooling effect;
Automatic centralized lubrication device, lubrication is fully reliable;
Adopt 12 station live tool, can achieve turning and milling compound processing and realize fast tool change. The tool holders adopt BMT structure with high rigidity, high repeatability accuracy and easy to change;
Adopt hydraulic hollow chuck, and the bar feeder is optional.
