WH45 is a CNC lathe with double coordinates and two axis linkage and semi-closed loop control. The host adopts high-precision rolling guide rail, good dynamic characteristics, strong rigidity, smooth chip removal; The control system selects domestic and foreign NUMERICAL control system, reliable and stable performance, easy to operate;
The overall inclined 45° structure bed base, bed cross-sectional area is large, so that the rigidity of the machine greatly improved. 360mm X /Z axis stroke, can provide more space for installing knives. Large span of guide rail makes cutting process more stable. Up to φ 400 rotary diameter makes abnormity parts and composite processing more convenient;
The lathe adopts machine, electricity, liquid (gas) integration, fully enclosed protective structure design, beautiful appearance and compact layout;
Machine can equip 8 station servo turret, ER20 single axis live tool, ER20 lifting live tool and fly cutter, can finish turning, milling, drilling and tapping in one time.
The spindle adopts angular contact bearing(Front 3 pcs, rear 2 pcs), spindle bore Φ56
Vertical and horizontal drive adopts high-performance AC servo motor with high positioning accuracy and flexible reliable action;
Automatic centralized lubrication device, lubrication is fully reliable;
The cooling and chip discharge system adopts the floor separated water tank and iron chip box (also optional side, back row chip device), easy to clean.
