Product Description
WH-T3520 is a slant bed turret CNC lathe which the base and bed are integrated. Horizontal bed with 30° saddle layout.
The bed adopts a step-up structure, the Z-direction roller guide is arranged in height, and the 4 sliders evenly bear the gravity and cutting force of the saddle.
Thereby reducing the wear of the guide rail and extending the service life of the guide rail;
The spindle bearing adopts ROBUST structure: the front end is composed of double row cylindrical roller bearings and double row angular contact thrust ball bearings, and the back end is double row cylindrical roller bearings, which ensures the high rigidity and stability of the spindle.
Using the latest environmental design, the machine tool lubricating oil is collected independently to avoid secondary pollution to the cutting fluid
Hidden hydraulic tailstock. The tailstock guide way is removable and its configuration is flexible
Vertical and horizontal drive adopts high-performance AC servo motor with high positioning accuracy and flexible reliable action;
Automatic centralized lubrication device, lubrication is fully reliable;
